GYLA includes four modules. It will use the hybrid learning methodology. It combines specific aspects of the synchronous and asynchronous learning systems. The program will deliver the scheduled and live classes several times with webinar during the semester.
The program is designed for college students at the age of 19-25, who are studying various disciplines in universities, and interested in working in the United Nations and other international community in the future. GYLA also offers the opportunity for the college students in the less developed and impoverished areas to participate in GYLA activity, and to be fully financed by GYLA Foundation.
GYLA will be in collaboration with the UN agencies and universities to organize a GYLA online program in winter 2023 for young people who aspire to be future leaders and social innovators to champion the post-pandemic futures and contribute to the realization of SDGs.
Ms. Lenni George is a coach, facilitator, trainer and consultant, with over 25 years international experience in a wide range of subject areas relating to the Business Growth, leadership and the development of managers.
Lenni grew up between the UK and Cyprus and now lives in Italy, she has more than twenty years experience of facilitation, training organisational design and capacity development. In the past, Lenni worked for the United Nations on a range of issues supporting the Secretary General's Reform process.
Lenni has provided coaching for more than 20 years, she also trains new coaches and is currently providing the training of coaches in the United Nations system in Afghanistan, Curaçao, Ethiopia and Lebanon. She provides coaching for many private sector businesses.
Lenni has worked in more than 50 countries and with more than 170 nationalities. She has an award from Labour Department of the Hong Kong Government for her contribution to training the staff of the Youth Employment Service and an award from the Kosovo for her contribution to peace and stability in the region.
